Hailing from Yokohama, Japan, Yujiro Enomoto was the Kings' very own pocket battleship. A rock-solid catcher and powerhouse pitcher, Yu's induction into the Kings' Hall of Fame was awarded in recognition of his outstanding defensive skills and dedication to the team. This isn't to say that Yu wasn't a good hitter. With a career batting average of 0.434, Yu brought some pretty awesome firepower to the Kings' offence. Yu's great efforts carried the Kings to their first ever Premier Division Finals in 2002.
