Lambert
Though he was with the team for only one season, there are few who have contributed as much to the success of the Kings as John Lambert. This pitching maestro carried the Kings to their first ever Final 4 playoff birth in 2002. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, John played and coached for many years in the US prior to his short stint with the Kings, including 7 years with the Palm Beach Atlantic University baseball team in Florida. As well as having a magical arm, John's mere presence on the mound filled the Kings with a confidence that only a true leader can bring to a team.
