Every year, thousands upon thousands of devoted baseball fans will join fantasy baseball leagues around the world, drafting and following their very own virtual teams of Major League baseball players. Now, the Oxford Kings and their fans can match fantasy wits and talents in the OXFORD LEAGUE OF KINGS. We will be conducting a LIVE DRAFT, ROTISSERIE LEAGUE, powered by YAHOO FANTASY BASEBALL. 22 February 2007 - The first outdoor baseball practice will be Sunday March 4th, 10am - 1pm, at the Oxford Brookes Playing Fields (directions). Practices will then be every Sunday until the season begins in mid April (apart from Easter Sunday). Indoor batting sessions on Wednesday evenings will continue as normal for the next few weeks. 28 January 2007 - Oxford Baseball Club announce that they will contribute 2 teams to the BBF Southern Leagues this year. The 'Kings' will play in the top league, and the 'Jacks' will play in a league below.
17 January 2007 - Indoor batting sessions have begun! They will be held every Wednesday evening 9.00 - 10.30pm at the Oxford University Sports Centre. Please e-mail us if would like to attend a session.
